The school provide an alternative education for children who have social & emotional difficulties such as anxiety and school refusal due to developmental trauma and adverse childhood experiences, as well as specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia and dyscalculia. The Youth Worker will be working to build relationships with these young people and support them to make positive life choices using de-escalation, positive reinforcement and restorative practice.
