Job Title: Class Teacher Uxbridge Location: England, Greater London, Uxbridge Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £33,075 - £45,037 Per annum Job Description Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons to a class of students Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programmes Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience as a Teacher Enhanced DBS Certificate Passion for Teaching and commitment to student success Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching in a classroom setting Knowledge and Skills: Proactive approach to teaching and learning Strong behaviour management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective time management and organisational abilities Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or other relevant areas Working Conditions: Full-Time position with regular school hours Work in a classroom environment with students Potential for additional responsibilities such as extracurricular activities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
