SUMMARY:
Manage and develop OAG’s Salesforce environment, which serves as the backbone of our commercial and customer experience stack. This hands-on role will support day-to-day platform administration, deliver enhancements, and ensure the stability, usability, and adoption of Salesforce across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Administer Salesforce including users, security, data model, profiles/permissions, and platform health monitoring
2. Configure and maintain automations (Flows, validation rules, assignment rules, page layouts)
3. Configure and maintain app integrations (primarily Conga & DocuSign)
4. Support and enhance Experience Cloud portals for customers and partners, ensuring secure and user-friendly self-service
5. Contribute to the setup and adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud and related automation capabilities
6. Monitor and support System integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot, and Power BI, ensuring reliable data flow and documentation
7. Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards; align with Power BI reporting
8. Work within structured change and release processes, supporting
9. Maintain data quality through validation rules, deduplication, and stewardship practices
10. Assist in cataloguing and addressing technical debt and unmanaged packages, supporting simplification initiatives
11. Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, provide training, and drive adoption
12. And other duties that may be assigned from time to time
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
13. Salesforce Administrator certification required
14. Proven experience of Salesforce administration in a complex environment
15. Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; exposure to Experience Cloud
16. Skilled in declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, dynamic layouts)
17. Experience with integrations to external platforms (NetSuite, HubSpot, Snowflake, Power BI or similar)
18. Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Agentforce, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Consultant is highly desirable
19. Familiarity with structured release/change management
20. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands
21. Collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues at all levels
22. Proven ability to embrace & upskill in new technologies.
