This is a hybrid role with in-office work days being spent in our recently renovated Staines office.

SALARY: £80K per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO, helping to prioritize initiatives, streamline processes, and facilitate communication.
* Monitor progress on key People initiatives and provide regular updates to the CPO, identifying opportunities for improvement and course correction as needed.
* Serve as a liaison between the CPO and other members of the executive team, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including department heads, managers, and employees.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the People department and develop mechanisms for tracking and reporting on progress.
* Analyse People data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing HR activities, accomplishments, and challenges.
What we would like you to bring to the role:
We are open to background but ideally we would be looking for someone with:
* Previous HR project experience OR experience within a consultancy firm in a growing and / or transformation environment
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
* Passionate about data with the ability to translate numbers to measure project success
* Proven track record of driving organizational change and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
