We are now looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Great Bear Sherburn on a Full Time and Permanent Position.
Job Description
Salary:
* £13.71 per hour - £27,090.60 per annum base - OTE of up to £37,090.60 per annum
* Overtime rates of £18.47 per hour.
Shift:
* 3ON 3OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.
We're looking for skilled FLT Operators to support one of our most exciting contracts, working with two of the world's biggest beverage brands — Coca‑Cola and Monster Energy.
What We're Looking For:
Experience operating Reach, Flexi, or Bendi trucks
Confident handling and moving pallets at heights of 10 metres or more
Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

Qualifications
* Experience operating Reach, Bendi, or Flexi trucks
* Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Warehouse Operative
* Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety, and efficiency
* Driven, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed
* Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
* Good communication and teamwork skills
