A high-growth, private equity-backed organisation is seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer to join its executive leadership team at a pivotal stage of its journey. This is a senior, board-level role with full responsibility for finance strategy, governance and performance, partnering closely with the CEO, investors and Board. The CFO will play a central role in value creation, preparing the business for a future transaction and leading all financial aspects of an eventual exit process.
