Job Summary: Administer the tenant and landlord contracts and deal with maintenance issues
Key responsibilities
1. Inquiries Processes tenant inquiries and books appointments
2. Manage Tenancy applications and referencing
3. Liaise and communicate in an effective manner with tenants and landlords in respect of lets and maintenance
1. Manage Gas Safety Certificates
2. Manage Inspections
3. Support with any customer queries and diary bookings
4. Answer phone calls, emails and deal with customers in accordance with agreed procedures to agreed standards
5. Undertake appropriate training and to develop relevant knowledge and skill levels
Detailed tasks
Telephone:
ü Taking general incoming calls to include:
ü Landlord, tenant, vendor and applicant enquiries, ensuring details are taken
ü Manage viewings, move in's and outs
ü Maintenance requests and arrangements
System Based Tasks
ü Overview and organisation of electronic diary
ü Entering customer details and updates to Northwood Management System
ü Monitoring incoming email
ü Regular update of internal available property list
ü Invoice raising and support
ü Credit checks
General Office tasks
ü Ensuring window cards are up to date
ü Manage keys held in office
ü Organise Gas safety certificates and maintain up to date certificates
ü Organising and inputting tenant move ins
ü Inventory and photos
