Who We’re Looking For: ✔ Passionate about sales and customer service ✔ 3 years experience in Fleet & Lease Manager Experience (Ford Experience an Asset) ✔ Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment ✔ Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract. ✔ Ability to create and maintain customer relationships. ✔ Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket. Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation Potential : $120,000-$150,000 / annually What your day will look like: Fleet Program Oversight: Manage commercial leasing and fleet programs including corporate accounts, service loaners, and demonstrator vehicles. Inventory Coordination: Monitor vehicle availability and ensure timely updates to internal teams to support efficient fleet utilization and turnover. Commercial Growth & Relationship Management: Develop new commercial leasing and fleet opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and fleet partners. Performance Monitoring: Track and report fleet sales metrics, analyze performance against targets, and provide insights to senior management.
