OurNavigator Teamprovide intensiveEnd to Endsupport for people who are rough sleeping with complex needs, advocatingandenabling them to accessappropriate services, including housing byworking in partnership with existing delivery structures,andlocal networks. The role is multi-faceted andchallenging; one day out on outreach and the next continuing to work with clientsontheir action plan and journey away from the street.
