ECS Resource Group are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for an end client project in Coventry. The successful candidates will be performing a number of coordination, reporting, analytical and administrative tasks to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Regularly communicating with internal and external teams
• Co-ordinating plans for the different sites
• Working closely with the Engineers and survey teams
• Maintain project tracker
• Produce and maintain documentation
• Manage escalation when required
Key Skills
• Strong project co-ordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to prioritise workload effectively
• Comfortable working with MS office applications
• Previous experience working on IT projects (highly desirable)
