This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the deployment of Power BI, improve data quality, and support business-critical decision-making across our high-profile, complex Operational Services division.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Lead the roll-out of Power BI within Operational Services.
* Improve the quality and accessibility of performance data across departments.
* Design and deliver interactive dashboards that support both day-to-day management and strategic planning.
* Support business improvement projects to enhance customer service, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
* Audit and analyse internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Work closely with service areas and corporate teams to ensure performance insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with our strategic priorities.
What We\'re Looking For
We\'re seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills — someone who can turn complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive action.
* Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, and data modelling.
* Strong knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
* Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practice.
* Experience integrating multiple data sources to create cohesive reporting tools.
* Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and ensure data quality.
* Skilled in engaging stakeholders to assess reporting needs and data requirements.
* Experience in delivering or supporting business improvement initiatives.
