Job Role: Children's Support Worker
Location: Wellington, Telford (TF1)
Salary: £13.45 - £14.05 per hour + up to £6000 sleep-in allowance.
Hours: 39 per week, completed as shifts, including long days & sleep-ins.
Requirements: Full UK Driving License - essential.
Responsibilities
* Supporting children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
* Accompanying them to appointments, school, and fun activities
* Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines
* Supporting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
* Completing accurate, clear documentation and reports
* Always promoting their wellbeing and safeguarding them
Requirements
* Full UK Driving License (essential)
* Age over 21 (required due to the vulnerable nature of the people we support)
* Experience working with children aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties
* Motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations
