They are looking to grow their dynamic team with a highly motivated Business Development Executive, who have the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. As part of their team you will be setting new business appointments for their field-based business development managers to attend. Duties - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided call data - Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers - Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns - Record and update customer information in the database - Follow up with customers to schedule appointments or confirm interest - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets - Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all customer interactions Requirements - Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to persuade and influence others effectively - Strong phone presence and active listening skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills: Sales Business Development Lead Generation
