Are you a passionate designer ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, purpose-driven business? Join our creative hub at Pets, where we bring ideas to life across digital and print channels for our beloved brands – Pets, Pets at Home, and Vets for Pets.
We’re looking for a Junior Designer who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and crafting compelling visual stories. From social media and email campaigns to website banners and in-store POS, your work will help shape how millions of pet lovers connect with our brand.
What you’ll be doing
1. Designing high-quality, on-brand assets across digital and print
2. Developing visual concepts and campaign strategies
3. Creating content from ideation to execution
4. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
5. Exploring new creative technologies, including generative AI
6. Working within CMS platforms (Optimizely experience is a plus)
Who you’ll work with
7. Brand & Creative Team (including Studio)
8. Marketing (Campaigns, CRM, Digital & Store)
9. Internal Communications & Online Teams
10. External Creative Agencies
What you’ll bring
11. 2+ years of design experience (agency background preferred)
12. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
13. Experience with Figma and workflow tools like
14. A strong, varied portfolio showcasing design, concept and copy
15. Understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
16. Bonus: Motion design/video editing and copywriting skills
17. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and brand consistency
