This is a rewarding opportunity. The role: You will be required to provide end to end structured support to our apprenticeship learners on programme. Ensure the most effective and up-to-date approaches are implemented to prepare learners to successfully progress in their Health and Social Care qualification levels 2 and 3. Provide learners with hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in Health and Social Care, equipping them with essential skills for a successful career in the industry. Your impact Ensure the highest training standards by adapting to learner needs. Cover area and travel to learners' workplaces for assessments. What are we looking for? Relevant training experience and teaching qualifications Experience in an apprenticeship setting. Proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care level 3 qualification and delivery Full driving license and access to a vehicle. Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration. Welsh speaking is desirable.
