We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Hall Green (B28) area.
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Care Assistants to support two wonderful children with complex clinical needs.
The first is a 4-year‑old girl with Leukodystrophy and developmental delays who requires attentive support, including enteral NG feeding, seizure monitoring, and manual handling. Her care often involves providing deep emotional reassurance and holding during periods of nighttime distress.
The second is a 6‑year‑old boy with developmental impairments and a PEG tube; his care involves suctioning, seizure management, and manual handling during daytime school hours. He is a sensitive soul who can become very distressed and relies on physical comfort and "cuddles" from his caregivers to feel secure.

Shifts include
* Full and Part time roles available with alternate weekends or every weekend if preferred
* Night shifts from 9pm to 7am
* Day shifts from 8am to 4pm
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
