We are working with an outstanding Secondary school in Norwich. They are seeking an exceptional English Teacher to join their thriving department. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic learning environment. The role is available as either a full-time or part-time position for an April/September 2025 start.
Responsibilities
* Inspire a love for learning by delivering engaging and dynamic lessons that spark curiosity and enthusiasm in KS3 and KS4 students.
* Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through thought-provoking discussions and activities.
* Champion individual progress by differentiating instruction to support all learners and help them reach their full potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop creative teaching strategies.
Qualifications
* Passion for English and enthusiasm for the subject that motivates students to excel.
* Proven track record (or potential, if an ECT) of delivering high-quality English lessons at KS3 and KS4.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports colleagues.
* Committed to creating a stimulating learning environment that challenges and inspires students.
* Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs; eligible for either a full-time or part-time role depending on need.
