Location:Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Hours:42 hours per week | 4 on, 4 off – Day Shifts (5.45 am - 6.15 pm)

We’re looking for a skilledMachine Operativeto join our food production team in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience inmachine operation,factory production, orFMCG environmentswho wants to grow their career in a supportive, dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production line machinery to maintain smooth and efficient output
* Communicate with Line Leaders and Managers to improve machine performance and suggest process improvements
* Report faults promptly and assist in basic troubleshooting during production runs
* Encourage and support Production Operatives to follow best working practices
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene standards during and at the end of shifts
* Contribute to product quality by inspecting output and identifying any issues that could affect freshness or safety
