Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator & Administrator at Henderson Homes / Noble Projects, based in Knutsford. The role involves:
* Supporting land purchases with sales and market data
* Helping launch and sell new residential developments
* Managing enquiries, bookings and viewings
* Liaising with estate agents and professional teams
* Handling reservations and sales progression through to completion
* Looking after post-completion customer care
* Assisting with the administration of our rental portfolio
* Supporting the Directors with day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks
* Assisting the accounts department.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
* Excellent Customer Service capabilities with a focus on building positive relationships
* Exceptional Communication skills in both verbal and written formats
* Experience with Sales and Client Management is preferred
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Previous experience in real estate or property development is advantageous
