About you
You are a motivated self-starter with an enthusiastic, never-give-up attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. You have experience in B2B telephone and field sales and account management within the UK, with valuable insight and expertise in the software sector.
Day-to-day
* Achieve sales targets for software licenses, maintenance, bureau processing, and consultancy.
* Develop demonstration skills and know when to seek assistance.
* Maintain a strong understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party products.
* Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance.
* Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring smooth project handovers.
* Provide top-level customer service and technical expertise, attend exhibitions, and support other sales activities.
Your skills and experiences might also include
* Experience in B2B field sales and account management roles in the UK, specifically selling ERP solutions.
* Experience working in a large or multinational IT/Technology company in various roles and locations.
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Persuasive and effective in expressing ideas and concepts.
* Excellent communication skills across telephone, email, written, and presentations.
* Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
* Proven ability to develop positive relationships and support for colleagues and clients.
* Commitment to development and lifelong learning for yourself and the team.
* Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty.
* Excellent technology skills, specifically with Microsoft Office; Salesforce; Social Selling; Market mapping.
