Shifts:
Monday-Saturday on a rotating basis
* Mon-Fri: 08:00-16:30 / 09:00-17:30 / 09:30-18:00
* Sat: 09:00-17:30 (rotating 1 pre month | with rest days)
* Location: Office-based at Bescot

* Identify and convert vehicle inspection sales opportunities to exceed targets
* Maximise opportunities through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and web enquiries
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to match customer needs
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure consistency
* Handle objections confidently, positioning product benefits to secure sales
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, FCA compliance, and essential learning
* Contribute to continuous improvement with ideas that drive growth
