Artemis Human Capital are working with a reputable legal firm in their search for two new Administrative Assistants due to a continued period of organic and strategic growth. If you are a highly organised, detail-focused professional with a flair for multitasking and a passion for office operations – this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities:
* Organising and managing legal files and correspondence
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
* Preparing documentation for Solicitors
* Handling client communications and dealing with queries with professionalism and efficiency
* Assisting with case file procedures and data entry
* Meeting coordination – cross pollinating with colleagues to ensure meetings are organised effectively and meeting rooms are set up
* Adhoc admin duties – ordering office supplies, dealing with external stakeholders
Experience required:
* Minimum of 1-2 years’ administration experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Team player mindset
* Solution orientated approach to problem solving
