As a Secondary Teaching Assistant - Unqualified, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of students with learning difficulties or disabilities. You will work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to help students achieve their full potential. Your duties will include:
1. Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
2. Supporting students with disabilities to access the curriculum
3. Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students
