Description
* Support aged debt recovery efforts alongside the existing credit control team.
* Lead a comprehensive review of the credit control processes to identify inefficiencies and improve cash flow management.
* Engage with key stakeholders across finance, customer service, IT, and leadership to gather data and map current processes.
* Analyse invoice-to-cash cycles, payment behaviours, and system effectiveness, benchmarking against industry standards.
* Identify root causes of payment delays and assess risks related to high-risk customers.
* Develop, present, and refine practical recommendations and an action plan to improve policies, technology, and procedures.
* Deliver final report and present findings to leadership, helping lay the foundation for more efficient credit control.
