What you will do:- Conduct comprehensive assessments using your expert knowledge of the Care Act and Disabled Facilities Grant legislation- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to meet the individual needs of service users- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver integrated support- Provide advice and support regarding mobility aids and home adaptations- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist- Recent NHS experience- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
