Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contract Manager, located in Twickenham with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Contract Manager will oversee client accounts, manage contracts, coordinate service delivery, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on budget. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quotes, maintaining client relationships, scheduling and supervising maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and quoting.
* Familiarity with property maintenance workflows, including knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance practices.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills for scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance projects.
* Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to manage and maintain positive relationships with clients and teams.
* Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
* Proficiency in using relevant project management tools or software.
