Job Description Blackburn 3-Month FTC Full-Time We re seeking a proven Interim Manager to step into a pivotal role in Blackburn, overseeing a 19-bed supported living scheme for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for a confident leader with a track record of stabilising services, driving rapid improvement, and ensuring strong regulatory compliance.
