The Role
As a Care Assistant (Days), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents to live safely, comfortably, and independently throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing compassionate, personalised care to residents
* Supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
* Assisting with meals, hydration, and social engagement
* Supporting residents to take part in daily activities and routines
* Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes
* Working closely with the wider care team to ensure consistent high standards
About You
* Experience in a care home or residential care setting (desirable)
* A kind, caring, and patient nature
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive and reliable approach to work
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
* Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
