This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated SHEQ professional to work closely with site teams, influence positive safety culture, and support continuous improvement across health, safety, environmental and quality systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections, audits and compliance checks. Support project teams with SHEQ documentation including RAMS, COSHH, SSOW, inductions and toolbox talks. Assist with incident reporting, investigations and trend analysis. Support the maintenance and administration of ISO-certified Integrated Management Systems & 45001). Monitor subcontractor compliance and on-site performance. Attend SHEQ, site and management meetings. Support ongoing accreditation and certification requirements. Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction-based SHEQ role. Experience working with ISO management systems. Full UK driving licence. Strong communication skills and practical site experience.
