We have a permanent position available for a Maintenance assistant to join our Wokingham Hospital team.
* Starting salary: From £24,000 (Depending on experience) Pro rata
* Working hours: 25 hours per week
* Typical pattern: 10:0015:00, MondayFriday (flexible; can be discussed at interview)
* Driving licence: Desirable but not essential
* DBS: Will be completed before start date
* Training: Provided as needed

Key Responsibilities
This role will support the delivery of fabric and maintenance tasks within NHS Property Services premises. Duties include:
* Carrying out general maintenance and fabric tasks
* Supporting with water hygiene tasks
* Completing customerbillable works, including:
o Basic carpentry
o Painting and decorating
o General repair work
* Supporting specialist colleagues (electricians, plumbers, etc.) where required
* Ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard
* Primarily based at Wokingham Hospital with occasional support to nearby locations such as Bracknell
