* Producing long-term GB market forecasts using industry leading software, such as PLEXOS or BID3
* Supporting the development of input assumptions, scenarios and sensitivities, including demand, fuel prices, carbon, and capacity build assumptions
* Analysing outputs such as generation mix, emissions, dispatch, and price formation
* Supporting research into wider system costs, including balancing, constraints, and networks where relevant
* Translating modelling outputs into clear and structured insights
* Contributing to written outputs and client presentation materials where appropriate
Location
* This position is fully remote, with occasional in person meetings where practical. UK based candidates are preferred, though candidates based abroad will be considered if able to work UK hours.
