About the role
* Team Leaders do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care which ensures our residents receive high quality support.
* You will develop person-centered support plans based on risk assessment and residents’ preferences, undertake regular reviews, support staff with training and development needs, and effectively lead shifts.
* As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership and management to the care staff team, ensuring residents receive the highest quality care in line with their individually assessed needs.
* Leading on processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective running of the service will also be a key part of your role.
