Role Overview
Working for a multi award-winning field marketing agency, who currently hold the title of Agency of the Year, the position is to support the Senior National Account Manager in a range of field and client related activities. The successful candidate will be expected to attend Head Office and Client meetings numerous times a week with an ambition of moving to larger commercial roles in National Accounts. The role will require involvement in all aspects of the day to day operation, to enable a high degree of support to the Account Manager and to provide the job holder with valuable development and progression opportunities within Client Management activity.
Responsibilities
* Support the management of the customers.
* Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times.
* Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement in response to changing customer requirements.
* Ensure all administration tasks and processes are completed accurately and to deadline to ensure work is completed as required to meet and exceed customer requirements.
* Understand and improve weekly processes and ways of working to support ongoing service excellence.
* Monitor and deliver financial KPI's including sales and profitability budget.
* Ensure all customer briefs are managed and tracked from booking to invoicing, using established processes.
* Work with all internal support functions to ensure all work is completed as required to meet and exceed customer requirements.
* Deliver all internal paperwork and policies and procedures to agreed deadlines and standards.
* Utilise senior contacts to gain traction/momentum with potential clients.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Self‑motivated, confident and able to multitask and manage change and a lot of activity at one time.
* Ideally suited for candidates wanting to develop into commercial roles with varied customers and broader responsibilities.
