About the role As a Peer Support Worker, you will use your skills and experience to work directly with people with mental health issues in group and one to one settings. You will support and encourage participants to identify their own strengths, triggers and life goals and co-produce individualised plans to help achieve them. Hours Part-time, 28 hours per week - 4 shifts (working evenings on a rota basis, 4.00pm - 11.30pm). About you You will need to have personal, lived experience of a mental health issue, as well as experience of working with people with mental health needs, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the key difficulties and challenges faced by people on their recovery journey.
