SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description
What You’ll be Doing As Contracts Manager
The Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and streamlining the contract renewal process, ensuring contract profitability, enhancing customer engagement, managing suppliers and Global security Service Providers and acquiring new contracts.
You will:
7. Manage the entire contract renewal process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
8. Oversee the development and implementation of contract renewal strategies, including margin alignment, cost management, and risk mitigation.
9. Track and analyse contract profitability, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
10. Enhance customer engagement during contract renewals
11. Build and maintain a database of Global security service providers and subcontractors, ensuring accurate skill set and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
12. Identify and pursue new contract opportunities through framework agreements and proactively support the sales team on service-related bids.
13. Develop and implement supplier management strategies
14. Continuously review and optimise contract management processes

Qualifications
What We Would Like You To Bring
15. Extensive proven experience in contract management within a service-based industry (ideally security services).
16. Proven track record of success in managing complex contract renewals, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address contractual risks and challenges.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long term relationships.
19. Knowledge of contract negotiation, contract law, and commercial principles.
20. Ability to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement.
21. Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of contract administrators, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
