Daytime Healthcare are assisting a National Homecare Organisation who are looking for a Registered Manager to join the team in Mexborough, South Yorkshire. As a Registered Manager, you will take the helm of our service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support. You’ll lead a dedicated team, oversee service delivery, and work collaboratively with colleagues and senior management to drive excellence and innovation. What You’ll Do: * Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice. * Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring training and supervision are at the heart of everything we do. * Manage staffing, compliance, and operational performance, ensuring quality standards exceed expectations. * Oversee service coordination and scheduling, ensuring reliability and continuity of care. * Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and families to enhance service provision. What We’re Looking For: * A natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role within a health and social care setting. * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care principles. * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it). * Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
