Typical shifts are Monday to Sunday with various hours, so flexibility is required.
Must have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on support workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you’ll help people gain more independence in daily life, work within a dynamic team, and support a fantastic group of people.
In our supported living service in Rotherham, you’ll contribute to a welcoming and friendly environment. You’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community participation, socialising, and engaging in activities. Examples include going to local community hotspots, playing games, watching films, or going to the cinema.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference and help individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals (e.g., cooking dinner independently or going on holiday).
We’re looking for Support Workers with the right experience and values, including experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, and experience working with individuals with additional needs.
