Caffeine Limited is a family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the coffee and hospitality industry. We’re proud to be one of the UK’s leading suppliers of premium coffee machines, coffee, technical support and barista training for cafés, restaurants, venues and workplaces.
We’re now looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our customers across London and Essex.
The Role
This is a field-based, hands‑on role, working with premium commercial coffee equipment, including:
* Victoria Arduino
* Nuova Simonelli
* Schaerer (experience with their B2C machines is an advantage)
You’ll be responsible for:
* Installing, maintaining and repairing commercial coffee machines
* Diagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns and service calls
* Carrying out preventative maintenance
* Logging work and jobs accurately using our Field Service Software
* Providing friendly, professional, customer‑focused service
* Working closely with our Service team as we continue to grow
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience as a field‑based coffee engineer
* Strong technical knowledge of traditional and bean‑to‑cup machines
* Experience with fault‑finding, preventative maintenance and technical support
* Confident, organised and calm under pressure
* Strong customer service skills and pride in your work
* Full UK driving licence
* Relevant technical training or certification is an advantage
