About The Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated quality controller to join our team.
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 7AM to 4PM
This is a permanent position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.
Life as an AMFRESH Quality Controller, you will:
* Advocate for the freshness of our products by auditing the quality and ensuring they meet our customer and internal specifications from start to finish.
* Work alongside your colleagues to ensure the quality of the fruit and veg are meeting requirements in both Packhouse and Intake areas.
* Inspect, assess, document, and report incoming fruit/veg within a timely manner.
* Identify ways to reduce claims and suggest better practices to improve our site protocol, standards, and customer satisfaction.

About You
* Experience of fresh produce production.
* Experience in quality controller.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
* Strong communicator.
* Confident to work alone and make decisions within trained specifications.
