WE'RE HIRING: Production Operative / Forklift Driver
Location: Storrington
Hours: 7am - 4pm
Pay: 12.21 p/h, overtime at time and a half
Are you hands-on, safety-conscious, and forklift certified? Join our growing team as a Production Operative / Forklift Driver and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly!
What You'll Do:
* Operate forklift trucks to move raw materials and finished products safely around the site
* Support the production line with machine operation
* Load/unload deliveries and manage stock in warehouse areas (heavy lifting involved)
* Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, following site H&S procedures
* Carry out quality checks to maintain high production standards
What We're Looking For:
* Valid counterbalance forklift license - essential
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and time management
* Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude
Desirable:
* Experience with production machinery or basic mechanical knowledge
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
