About the role… It’s a field based and full-time role with variable hours, including regular evenings and weekends – no two days are the same! You’ll develop the district through exceptional support to everyone in your care and… provide strong leadership, direction, motivation and inspiration to Consultants. empower, coach and develop Consultants to achieve their goals and grow their Slimming World business. create a culture and environment that values our people, drives results, success and retention. About you… You’re a successful Slimming World member (group or online) within the last 5 years and you’ve achieved your target weight (or close to).
