We are looking for an exceptional Talent Development Advisor to support the group Learning and Development team. You will work with the Learning and Development Business Partner, Head of People Experience, and the Group People & Culture Director to provide proactive guidance to all business units.

You will help deliver a personalised approach to development that aligns with the objectives of staff at each career stage.
Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact within the Talent Development team for all stakeholders.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify current and future skills needs.
* Design and deliver training and development solutions for staff and managers, aligned with individual and organisational priorities.
* Ensure learning events are timely, relevant and offer value for money.
* Manage core talent development administration and coordination to deliver excellent service.
* Support the delivery of the people strategy, group plans, and individual objectives through interventions.
* Assist in rolling out a company-wide Talent Development plan to drive high performance and talent density.
* Serve as the first point of contact for Talent Development queries.
* Facilitate and organise the induction programme, including e‑learning administration, under guidance.
* Co‑deliver the Pick Everard induction programme to create a positive experience for new joiners.
* Coordinate and manage graduate training schemes and apprenticeship programmes, with opportunities to deliver modules.
* Collaborate with the People & Culture team to implement the Pick Everard Professional Map and related elements.
Ideal qualifications
* Experience in a professional services environment.
* Strong background in a broad learning and development advisory role.
* Proven ability to design and deliver engaging presentations and training for internal audiences at all levels.
* Experience in developing e-learning materials; knowledge of managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
* Ability to deliver high-quality training and development solutions tailored to diverse needs.
