About the role:
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our growing company. Reporting to the Business Development Director, the B2B Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through our existing customer base. The role will be to contribute to the achievement of sales targets through customer visits and upsells.
Key responsibilities:
* Regular customer visits
* Demonstrations with in-depth knowledge of all of our software solutions
* Networking
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets,
* Creating referral opportunities for the sales team
* Relationship building
* Keeping our CRM fully up to date
* Reporting key Metrics and KPIs to the Business Development Director
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Communication and interpersonal abilities
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision
* Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel as needed
