Temporary Administrator – Leicester Contract: Temporary (3 Months) Start Date: ASAP We’re currently supporting a busy housing team in Leicester who are seeking a Temporary Administrator to provide essential support over the next 3 months while they complete a permanent recruitment process. This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Triaging and allocating incoming cases to Housing Officers * Managing emails and correspondence using Microsoft Outlook * Working confidently with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint * Handling incoming queries and enquiries via the team’s duty line * Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.
