THE BENEFITS: 25 days leave plus BHs OTE of £20k Car Allowance Generous pension scheme Flexible working hours Healthcare THE BDR MANAGER ROLE: You'll help to shape and grow the new sales team from day one, with projected growth of 10 heads in the next couple of months We are looking for a proven Leader/Mentor, who is ready to take ownership for Recruitment, Target setting, Training and Development, and Defining the overall sales process/strategy. You’ll work very closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and handoff processes. Reporting to the global VP of Sales, you will act as a liaison between the BDR team and Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. BDR MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS: You must have 3 years plus experience in B2B Software as a service (SaaS) and have previously led a team Strong understanding of the SaaS sales funnel and outbound sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED, Sandler, etc.). Knowledge of/ experience with using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Gong. KEY SKILLS Excellent communication / Proven Leadership Skills / B2B SaaS / Outbound Sales
