Description

The Interim Risk & Compliance Assistant will:

* Support compliance activities and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
* Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance processes.
* Provide administrative support to the legal department as required.
* Conduct research and analysis to support risk management strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
* Assist in preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
* Monitor updates in regulatory frameworks relevant to the public sector


Profile

A successful Interim Risk & Compliance Assistant should have:

* Previous experience in risk or compliance roles.
* A exposure to regulatory and risk management processes.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* The ability to analyse and interpret legal and regulatory information.
* Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation.
* Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
* A proactive attitude and attention to detail in all tasks.
* You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to start in the next few weeks.


Job Offer

The contract will be an initial term of 4 months.

* An hourly rate of approximately £17 to £19 a hour, depending on experience.
* 35 hour week.
