Property Manager – North Cornwall

Full-Time | Field-Based (Perranporth to Bude) | Office Bases: Perranporth & Bude

Aspects Holidays, established in St Ives in 1989, is a family-owned, leading holiday letting agency in Cornwall. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping property owners maximise bookings while minimising the operational burden.

Our friendly team works closely with owners and guests across the county to maintain our reputation for excellence.

We are now looking for a driven, proactive, and ambitious Property Manager to join our North Cornwall team, managing and developing a portfolio of holiday homes from Perranporth to Bude.

The Role

This is a varied, field-based role focused on building strong relationships, growing our portfolio, and supporting owners to achieve the best possible results from their properties.

You will spend much of your time visiting properties, meeting owners, and identifying new business opportunities, while also working from our Perranporth and Bude offices as required.

This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, including Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively acquire new properties, building strong relationships with potential owners and promoting the benefits of joining Aspects Holidays
* Support and advise existing owners to help maximise the success of their properties
* Carry out property appraisals, prepare rental projections, and manage the onboarding process
* Undertake property inspections to ensure high presentation and maintenance standards
* Work closely with in-house teams and trusted trades to deliver excellent service
* Represent Aspects Holidays locally, strengthening relationships within the community and business networks
* Provide occasional guest support within your region, including participation in a weekend and monthly late shift rota

We're Looking for Someone With

* A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong commercial awareness
* Previous experience in property, estate agency, business development, or holiday lettings (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
* Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems for reporting and portfolio management
* A genuine passion for Cornwall and promoting the local area
* A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)

(Business mileage paid. Company car provided after three successful months.)
