Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Management
* Supervise and support bakery staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Assist in training new team members to deliver top-notch customer service.
* Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
* Customer Service
* Greet guests with genuine hospitality and handle any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
* Ensure consistent, friendly service that makes everyone feel at home.
* Coffee & Food Preparation
* Oversee coffee-making procedures, maintaining high-quality standards in espresso-based and specialty drinks.
* Assist with menu planning and bakery displays to keep offerings fresh and appealing.
* Implement food safety guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.
* Operational Support
* Manage inventory levels for coffee, bakery items, and other supplies.
* Coordinate scheduling and delegate tasks to ensure the team functions efficiently.
* Uphold brand standards and maintain store presentation.
Qualifications
* Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role within the coffee, food, or hospitality industry.
* Passion: A love for great coffee, delicious baked goods, and creating memorable customer experiences.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
