Job Profile:As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a shared portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the smooth operation of properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The Assistant Property Manager will be involved in all aspects of property management, including maintenance, budgeting, and tenant/landlord relations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Property Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Landlord & Tenant Relations:Maintain positive relationships with tenants & landlords and address any concerns or issues promptly.
