Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Are you passionate about driving process improvements and embedding a continuous improvement mindset? We're looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement Support professional to help streamline operations, optimise warehouse efficiency, and support sustainable change across the business.
What you'll do as the CI Coordinator:
Support CI projects from start to finish, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement methodologies
Analyse warehouse operations, propose layout improvements, and enhance material flow
Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience, reduce lead times, and boost service quality
Help develop and refine systems, processes, SOPs, and workflows for long-term sustainability
Collect and analyse data, preparing reports and dashboards to guide decisions
Assist with training and communication to embed a culture of continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
1–3 years' experience in process improvement, operations, or analytical roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data tools is a bonus
Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
